Client: International Taiseer un Nikkah Committee, Dawat-e-Hadiyah, Calabasas USA/London UK
About: As the Creative Director for Ta’ruf 2024, a matchmaking event for the Dawoodi Bohra community in Queens, NYC, I was responsible for shaping the event’s visual identity. Hosting over 250 attendees, including candidates and counselors from across the USA and the UK, the three-day event spanned multiple locations. To resonate with the younger demographic, I curated a bright and energetic color palette, ensuring a cohesive and engaging aesthetic across all design elements.
Tasks: Responsible for overseeing the visual identity of the event from concept to execution, beginning with the development of a comprehensive style guide and color palette. Collaborated with multiple teams to maintain a cohesive aesthetic throughout all design elements. Designed the event logo, invitation cards, marketing flyers, and informational posters, while also working closely with another designer on the backdrop and lighting design to ensure a seamless visual experience.
